We were founded for two reasons.

The first reason was because with life after college, we were spread apart. Many went to seminary, while the rest of us scattered across the nation. NYAC allows us a way to keep in touch and be a part of Beta Sig. With group events in major cities, to our yearly Brotherhood retreats, NYAc keeps us connected.

The second was to support the chapter that brought us all together. Most chapter have supporting chapter s to help out with functions, costs and guidance. Psi chapter being located on the East Coast, far away from the mainland of Beta Sig Chapters, was lacking that. NYAC is a way to help bring us closer together to Psi Chapter and help make life a little easier.
